Distributor Inclusions
- Transfers between the airport and hotel on Monday, April 8, and Wednesday, April 10 (if flight itinerary is provided during registration)
- Meals and events as listed on the Agenda
- All applicable taxes, tips and gratuities connected with the services listed above
Hotel Arrangements
Please do not call the hotel to book your room. Guest rooms will be booked for you upon registration to ensure they are in the Allied Air Distributor Meeting block. If you are an Allied Air Employee, hotel rooms will be covered by Allied Air.
When registering, please indicate your room preference and arrival/departure information. If you choose to arrive before Monday, April 8, or stay later than Wednesday, April 10, we will be happy to book accordingly. The room rate is $232 plus resort fee and taxes per night for a regular (non-suite) room. Rooms are based on availability.
You will receive a confirmation email upon your registration submission. This confirmation confirms your hotel needs in our prearranged block with the hotel. Approximately two weeks prior to the event, you will receive your individual hotel confirmation number.
Travel Arrangements
Travel arrangements to Dallas are at your own expense. Renaissance Dallas is approximately 20–25 minutes from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport or Dallas Love Field. Transfers will be provided on Monday, April 8, and Wednesday, April 10.
During registration, you will be asked to provide your flight itinerary, so that we can arrange your transfer to Renaissance Dallas. It is only necessary to provide the flight arriving at and departing from Dallas.
For driving directions from your specific location, enter “2222 North Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, TX 75207” in your preferred navigation site or app. On-site self-parking is $28 per day; valet parking is $36 per day.
Final Documents
Approximately one week prior to your departure, you will receive an email confirmation which will contain a detailed itinerary and other pertinent information regarding the meeting.
