We are asking attendees to cover the costs of travel to and from the event. Flights can be arranged through Healthcare Operations Summit Travel Headquarters or be arranged on your own.
Note that symplr will be covering the airline ticketing fee if you choose to book through Travel Headquarters. You will only be responsible for the cost of the airline ticket.
If you choose to book through Travel Headquarters, here’s how it works:
- Select “Register” above and enter your preferred airport, dates, times, etc.
- Within days of your registration, you will be contacted via email with a proposed flight itinerary.
- Reply within 24 hours to the proposed itinerary with your approval (or request changes). Then, your tickets will be issued.
Notes:
- You’ll receive an airline confirmation in your travel packet before you travel.
- Pre-assigned seat assignments may not be available. Some airlines will allow you to pay a fee to secure your preferred seat choice.
- Air travel is based on the lowest fares available at the time of ticketing and subject to airline regulations.
- Any cancellations or changes after ticketing may result in penalties. All penalties will be your responsibility.
Yes. You may upgrade your flight. All airline upgrades are a personal expense. Our team of experts can help you with non-mileage program upgrades for a small nonrefundable research and processing fee ($25 per person).
Airline mileage program upgrades must be done directly with the airline.
All airfares, including upgrades, are subject to rules regarding changes and refundability. Airline fees may apply. If allowed, any refunds will be returned upon receipt from the airline.
Travel Headquarters will arrange for your transfers on group dates. It takes about 15 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel.
You will need government-issued photo identification to travel to Phoenix. Please see Travel documents for more information.
The legal name on your identification must exactly match the name on your airline ticket, including any middle name or middle initial.
We suggest that you arrive at least two hours before your flight departs to allow you enough time to go through security and get to your gate. Don’t forget to check in to your airline’s website 24 hours prior to travel and view your flight itinerary so you are aware of any last-minute flight changes.
Check your airline’s website for luggage size limitations and baggage fees.
